Once you place your order you'll fill out a short quiz telling us about your family and the year you'd like captured. Then simply share your Google Photos library with us and we take care of everything — curating your photos, crafting your narrative, and building your book. You'll receive your finished hardcover book at your door in approximately 3–4 weeks.
Currently we only support Google Photos. If you're an iPhone user don't worry — simply download the free Google Photos app, enable backup, and your photos will sync automatically. It takes about 5 minutes to set up and you only ever need to do it once.
We partner with Journi, a premium photo book printer trusted by millions of families worldwide. Books are produced using high quality materials and professional printing technology and shipped directly to your door.
Your photos are treated with complete discretion and used solely to create your book. We never share, sell, or store your personal photos. Upon completion of your project we remove our own access to your Google Photos immediately. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
We curate up to 80 of your very best photos from the period. We focus on variety, genuine moments, and photos that together tell the story of your family's year — rather than simply picking the most technically perfect shots.
Not at all — we can create a book for anyone or anything that matters to you. A child, your whole family, a pet, a couple, a group of friends, or even just a year in your own life. You tell us who and what to focus on in the quiz and we take care of the rest.
We work with a maximum of 12 months at a time. This ensures we have a good range of photos to work with and allows us to capture the full essence of that period — the seasons, the milestones, the everyday moments — in a way that tells a complete and meaningful story.

Yes — at the end of your quiz there's a free text box where you can include any special requests. We'll do our best to accommodate them within the options available through our print partner. While we can't guarantee every request, we'll always let you know what's possible.
