After placing your order, you'll receive a private upload link. There's no need to sort or organise your photos first — just upload your collection and confirm once you're finished.
When you confirm your upload is complete, we begin curating your album. Most albums ship within 2–4 weeks of that confirmation.

Yes. ZIP uploads are fully supported and are often the easiest way to send a large collection in one go.
Many customers upload a single ZIP file containing photos from their computer, phone, or cloud storage. You can also upload individual photos if you prefer.
For large ZIP files, use a stable Wi‑Fi connection and keep your browser tab open until the upload finishes.
A simple approach that works well for many customers:
1. On a computer, gather the photos you want to include — from a folder on your hard drive or a cloud service such as iCloud, Dropbox, Google Photos, or OneDrive. 2. For large collections, download or export them as a ZIP file. 3. Open the private Evergreen upload link from your confirmation email. 4. Upload the ZIP file or individual photos to your main photo collection.

Yes. You can upload your must-have photos separately so they don't get mixed in with the rest of your collection.
These photos will always be included in your album.
Your album can be about anything you like. We curate each album based on the collection of photos you provide and the information you share during the order process.
If there's a problem with your album, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
If your album arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or there has been a mistake on our part, we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Yes. If you'd like extra copies of your album, please contact us after placing your order and we'll arrange it with you.
