When your photos are ready, return to the Evergreen upload link in your confirmation email. You can also use your browser’s back button to return to the upload page.

What you’ll do
Create a Google Photos album.
Download the album as a ZIP.
Upload the ZIP to Evergreen.
Step 1 — Create your album
Open Google Photos on a Windows PC or Mac. You can create the album on a phone, but completing the download on a computer is recommended.
Create a new album and give it a simple name such as Evergreen Photos. Add all the photos you’d like Evergreen to consider for your album. Don’t worry about sorting or choosing favourites—we’ll take care of that.
Step 2 — Download the album
Open the album on your computer. Look for the vertical three-dot menu (⋮), open it, and choose Download all.
Google Photos will download the album as a ZIP file. You can upload that ZIP directly to Evergreen—you do not need to extract it first.

Step 3 — Upload to Evergreen
Open the Evergreen upload link from your confirmation email, add the downloaded ZIP file, and keep the browser open with a stable internet connection until the upload completes.
That’s it. Once your photos are uploaded, we’ll take care of the sorting, selection and final album curation. Just send us the photos you’d like considered and we’ll handle the rest.

What you’ll do
Move the photos from your iPhone or iCloud onto the PC.
Gather them in one folder.
ZIP the folder or select the photo files inside it for upload.
Step 1 — Get the photos onto your PC
Option A — Use a cable. Connect your iPhone to the Windows PC, unlock your phone, and approve any “Trust This Computer?” prompt. Use the Windows Photos app or Apple’s documented transfer method to save the photos you’d like Evergreen to consider.

Option B — Use iCloud Photos. Open iCloud Photos on the PC using Apple’s supported method, download the photos you’d like Evergreen to consider, and save them in a folder on the PC.
Create a folder such as Evergreen Photos and add all the photos you’d like Evergreen to consider. Don’t worry about sorting or choosing favourites—we’ll take care of that.
Step 3 — Prepare the upload
Either compress the folder into a ZIP file, or open the folder and select all the photo files inside it during upload.

iPhone → Mac

What you’ll do
Get the photos onto your Mac.
Gather the photos you want Evergreen to consider.
Upload them as a ZIP or as selected photo files.

Connect your iPhone to your Mac and import the photos using the Photos app. If your photos already appear in Photos through iCloud, you can use those instead.
Create a folder such as Evergreen Photos, then export or copy into it all the photos you’d like Evergreen to consider.

iPhone — no computer available
Possible, but not recommended for large collections
Evergreen can be used on a phone, but preparing and uploading a large collection is usually much easier on a Windows PC or Mac.
For the smoothest experience, use or borrow a computer. If you do not have access to one, contact us and we’ll help you find the best option.
Once your photos are uploaded, we’ll take care of the sorting, selection and final album curation. Just send us the photos you’d like considered and we’ll handle the rest.
Android phone
Most Android customers find the Google Photos route simplest if that is where their photos already live.
If your photos are stored only on the device itself, we recommend transferring them to a Windows PC or Mac first, then following the guide for that computer.
We do not recommend manually selecting thousands of photos through the Evergreen mobile upload picker.
Once your photos are uploaded, we’ll take care of the sorting, selection and final album curation. Just send us the photos you’d like considered and we’ll handle the rest.
Windows PC

Copy or gather the intended photos into a folder on the computer.

Connect your external drive or USB stick to a Windows PC or Mac. Copy the photos you’d like Evergreen to consider into a folder on the computer, such as Evergreen Photos.

Phone-only uploads

On some phones, the upload screen may open a generic Files picker rather than the normal photo gallery.
