These terms explain how orders, album creation, delivery, refunds and customer responsibilities work when purchasing from Evergreen Albums.
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products and services from Evergreen Albums.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
Customers have 90 days from the date of purchase to upload their photos and begin the album creation process. If no photos have been uploaded within this period, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
If we are unable to complete an order due to missing information from the customer, we will make reasonable attempts to contact them before placing the order on hold.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil the request or where the content provided is unlawful, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable for production.
Once a customer confirms their upload is complete and curation has begun, additional photos, changes, or amendments may not be able to be accommodated.
Customers must own the photos they upload or have permission to use them for the creation of their album.
Customers must not upload unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the order process, including contact details, delivery addresses and album information.
Customers are responsible for confirming when their photo upload is complete. Once curation has begun, additional photos or changes may not be able to be accommodated.
Customers should retain their own copies of all uploaded photos. Evergreen Albums is not intended to act as a long-term storage or backup service.
Evergreen Albums provides a photo curation and album creation service.
Photo selection, album layout and inscription writing are completed using our own judgement and curation process, based on the photos and information provided by the customer. Evergreen Albums may use a combination of human review, software tools and assisted workflows to support this process.
Most albums contain approximately 120 carefully selected photos, however the exact number may vary depending on the collection and the story being told.
While we take great care in creating every album, photo selection, album layouts and inscriptions are inherently subjective and may vary between collections.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and production schedules. Most albums are delivered within approximately 3–4 weeks of album completion.
International deliveries may take longer than estimated delivery timeframes.
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
Tracking details will be provided where available.
If your album is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We want every customer to be happy with their Evergreen Album.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds, replacements, or other remedies are considered at our discretion and will depend on the circumstances of each order.
If an album arrives damaged, contains a production defect, or an error has occurred during the creation process, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and work towards a resolution.
Customers retain ownership of all photos they upload to Evergreen Albums.
By uploading photos, customers grant Evergreen Albums permission to use those photos solely for the purpose of creating, printing and delivering their album.
Evergreen Albums will not use customer photos for marketing, promotional purposes, or public display without the customer's permission.
All Evergreen Albums branding, website content and proprietary processes remain the property of Evergreen Albums unless otherwise stated.
While we take reasonable care in providing our services, Evergreen Albums is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, production delays, customs processing, or technical issues.
Evergreen Albums is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer, including incorrect delivery addresses or uploaded content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evergreen Albums' liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
The collection, use and storage of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order with Evergreen Albums, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Evergreen Albums may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
