What information we collect

When you place an order we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your delivery address
• Details about your book (who it's for, the time period, your preferences)
• Access to your Google Photos library for the purpose of creating your book

Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Create your memory book
• Communicate with you about your order
• Deliver your book to the address you provide

We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

Your photos

We understand that your family photos are deeply personal. Here is exactly how we handle them:

• We access your Google Photos library only for the purpose of curating your book
• Photos are handled solely for the purpose of creating your book and are permanently deleted from any external system once your album is complete
• We do not share your photos with anyone other than Journi, our print partner, for the purpose of printing your book
• Upon completion of your order we remove our access to your Google Photos immediately
• You can remove our access at any time directly from your Google account settings

Third parties we work with

Journi — our print partner who produces and ships your book. They receive only the photos and layout needed to print your order.

Stripe — our payment processor. They handle all payment information securely. You can read their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Formspree — used to receive your order details and contact form submissions securely.

Data retention

We retain your order details (name, email, address, book preferences) for a reasonable period for customer service purposes. We do not retain access to your photos after your order is complete.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to delete your information
• Remove our access to your Google Photos at any time via your Google account settings
