What information we collect

When you place an order we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your delivery address
• Details you provide during the order process, including album preferences and any information relevant to creating your album
• Photos uploaded through your private Evergreen upload link

Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Create your album
• Communicate with you about your order
• Deliver your album to the address you provide
• Process and manage your order

We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

We will never use your photos for marketing or promotional purposes without your permission.

Your photos

We understand that your photos are deeply personal. Here is exactly how we handle them:

• Photos uploaded to Evergreen are used solely for the purpose of creating your album
• Photos may be temporarily downloaded to create your album. Any downloaded copies are deleted once your album has been completed
• We do not share your photos with anyone other than trusted production partners required to print and fulfil your order
• We will never use your photos for marketing or promotional purposes without your permission
• All uploaded photos are permanently deleted 30 days after your album has been completed

Third parties we work with

Production Partners — trusted third-party providers used to print and deliver your album. They receive only the photos and album files required to fulfil your order.

Stripe — our payment processor. They handle all payment information securely. You can read their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Formspree — used to securely receive contact form submissions.

Cloudflare — used to securely store uploaded photos while your order is being processed.

Data retention

We retain your order details for a reasonable period for customer service and business record purposes.

Uploaded photos are retained for up to 30 days after your album has been completed and are then permanently deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal information and uploaded photos at any time

Please note that deleting photos before your album has been completed may prevent us from fulfilling your order.
